1. Digital Products and Subscription Access
ParlayGeeks provides digital content, subscription access, chips, premium picks, sports analysis, betslip tools, odds tools, and related online services. Because these products are digital and access may begin immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges, but it does not create a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your subscription access may continue until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You will not be billed again on the next renewal date unless you reactivate your subscription or purchase another package.
3. No Refunds Based on Pick Results
ParlayGeeks does not guarantee winning picks, profitable outcomes, successful parlays, financial gain, or any specific sports result. Picks, predictions, models, odds, analysis, and expert content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Refunds are not provided because a pick loses, a parlay does not hit, a user disagrees with analysis, or a user is dissatisfied with sports outcomes.
4. Chips, Credits, and Premium Pick Unlocks
Chips, credits, or similar account balances used to unlock premium picks or digital content are non-refundable and have no cash value. Once chips are issued, used, redeemed, or applied to unlock content, they cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred unless required by law or expressly approved by ParlayGeeks.
5. Renewals and Failed Cancellation Timing
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not want your subscription to renew. If a subscription renews because it was not cancelled before the renewal date, the renewal charge is generally non-refundable.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid unintended renewal.
6. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged incorrectly, or experienced a billing error, please contact support. We may review and correct verified billing mistakes at our discretion.
7. Account Access Issues
If you are unable to access your account after purchase, contact support so we can help restore access, resend login links, verify your purchase, or resolve fulfillment issues. Account access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access what you purchased.
8. Promotional, Discounted, or One-Time Offers
Promotional offers, discounted subscriptions, one-time chip grants, trial offers, and limited-time purchases are non-refundable unless the offer terms state otherwise or a refund is required by law.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you have a billing issue, please contact ParlayGeeks support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
10. Responsible Use
ParlayGeeks is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions made outside of ParlayGeeks. Always follow local laws and only participate where legal.
11. Agreement Before Purchase
By completing a purchase, starting a subscription, renewing a subscription, purchasing chips, or unlocking premium content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
