1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ParlayGeeks website, subscriptions, premium picks, educational resources, betslips, odds tools, calculators, chips, and related services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ParlayGeeks complies with all laws and regulations where you live.
3. ParlayGeeks Is Not a Sportsbook
ParlayGeeks is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, or wagering platform.
- We do not accept wagers.
- We do not place wagers.
- We do not hold customer betting funds.
- We do not process gambling transactions.
- We do not guarantee betting outcomes.
4. Educational and Informational Content
All picks, predictions, analysis, odds information, calculators, strategies, and educational materials are provided for informational, educational, entertainment, and discussion purposes only.
Nothing on ParlayGeeks is financial, legal, tax, investment, or guaranteed betting advice.
5. No Guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. ParlayGeeks makes no guarantees regarding winning picks, profitability, return on investment, betting performance, odds accuracy, or future results.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain current account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
7. User Profiles and Public Content
User profiles, aliases, public betslips, comments, likes, and community interactions may be visible to other users or the public.
You are solely responsible for content you publish through the Services.
8. User Content License
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant ParlayGeeks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the Services.
9. Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription benefits may include premium picks, monthly chip allocations, premium analysis, and additional platform features.
Subscription details, pricing, and included benefits are displayed at the time of purchase.
10. Automatic Renewals
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current billing period.
11. Chips and Premium Unlocks
ParlayGeeks may offer chips, credits, tokens, or similar virtual items.
- Chips have no cash value.
- Chips are not redeemable for money.
- Chips are not transferable.
- Chips are not investment instruments.
- Chips may only be used within ParlayGeeks.
12. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. ParlayGeeks does not store complete payment card information.
13. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to the ParlayGeeks Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third parties including Stripe, Google, Twilio, sports data providers, analytics providers, and identity providers.
ParlayGeeks is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
15. Intellectual Property
ParlayGeeks content, logos, branding, software, designs, graphics, databases, premium picks, and educational materials are owned by ParlayGeeks or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
16. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or regulations.
- Attempting unauthorized access.
- Using bots, scraping tools, or automated abuse.
- Manipulating rankings, statistics, or promotions.
- Impersonating others.
- Reselling access to premium content.
17. Suspension and Termination
ParlayGeeks may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, abuse is detected, security concerns arise, or action is required by law.
18. Service Availability
ParlayGeeks is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” ParlayGeeks disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParlayGeeks shall not be liable for lost profits, lost wagers, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
Our total liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ParlayGeeks during the twelve months preceding the claim.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParlayGeeks and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.
22. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by the ParlayGeeks Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ParlayGeeks without regard to conflict of law principles.
